Test if the variable is a Gregorian month
Member of Unicode Intrinsic Functions (PRIM_LIBI.IUnicodeIntrinsics)

IsGregorianMonth will return True if the variable can be converted to a valid Gregorian Month. IsGregorianMonth will often be used before AsGregorianMonth to better handle potential errors. Gregorian Month format is --MM+HH:MM
In this example, #Variable is tested before being assigned to #Result
