Test if the variable is a Gregorian year month

Details

IsGregorianYearMonth will return True if the variable can be converted to a valid Gregorian Year Month.
 
IsGregorianYear will often be used before IsGregorianYearMonth to better handle potential errors.
 
Gregorian Year Month format is YYYY-MM+HH:MM

Example

In this example, #Variable is tested before being assigned to #Result

If (#Variable.IsGregorianYearMonth)
   #Result := #Variable.AsGregorianYearMonth
Endif
