Popup Panel to display as a button menu

The MenuPopup property is a reference to Popup panel shown when the button is clicked. If specified, this will take precedence over the Menu Popup Panels can be reusables parts and can be used to provide a far more complex menu system.
The button on this web page uses a Popup panel rather than a Menu.
