Show the autohide icon for the top dock area

Details

The TopAllowAutoHide property specifies whether the top dock area can be hidden.
 
When True the AutoHide pin will be shown in the top left corner of the active tab with a DockPosition of Top.
 
When clicked, the Top area will collapse so that only the tabs are visible.
