The TopTabLocation property controls where the tabs will be shown for the top DockPosition.

| Bottom | Below the sheet |
| Left | To the left with text rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise |
| Right | To the left with text rotated 90 degrees clockwise |
| Top | Above the sheet |
