To create a batch control definition, you must specify four pieces of information:
1. The table which will contain the batch control total
2. The column in this table which is being totaled
3. The column in the control table which will contain the batch control total
4. The keys used to access the control table, i.e. the columns in this table needed in order to access the control table.
Up to four pairs of columns can be defined for the batch control definition.
