Free Trial Version of Visual LANSA?
If you are using the free version of Visual LANSA, all the files and settings you will need are ready for you to start.
Independent Workstation?
If it is not already done, you will need to import the Demonstration material as described in What partition should I use?
You can uninstall this software once your training is complete.
Multiple Workshop Users?
If you retain one system for training, you should consider how to ensure the names of the objects that you will create remain unique. In these exercises, it has been assumed that you will use a prefix, represented by iii. The prefix could be your initials.
Slave Workstation linked to a Server?
Some exercises use this scenario. In this case, it would be wise to consider What partition should I use? before you begin.
