A Y in the Disable end user process and function security option indicates that run time process and function level security checking should be suppressed.
Any other value indicates that run time process and function security checking should be performed as normal.
Setting this flag to Y may be appropriate for users that use other/external menu systems to control and secure access to LANSA processes and functions.
Minor performance improvements can be expected by setting this flag to Y.
This flag is interpreted dynamically.
The setting of this flag has no effect on development activities involving the process or function definitions. They are still subject to normal security checking.
The option is changed on the 6.2.5 Execution and Security Settings.
