Visual LANSA comes shipped with a number of different themes that are based on a particular color. These are derived loosely from the Google Material Design recommendations.
The default is 2015Gray. This is a drab set of styles is specifically chosen to encourage you to choose your own theme rather than relying on the LANSA defaults.
Where possible, LANSA will endeavor not to change the colors and styling defined in a system Theme. However, the changing nature of application styling trends means that the default application style is subject to change without notice.
It is therefore recommended that ALL applications employ a user-defined theme.
In the Theme or Style tabs, if you click on the 
beside a group of options, the selected options in the related section will be cleared.
