Allows a .zip file to be converted to a self-extracting archive. When the .exe file is run, the zipped files will be extracted to the current directory.

Technical Notes
The .exe file that is created also supports some useful command line options:
-t |
Test the validity of the zip file contained within the self-extracting archive. |
-f |
Extract only those files that already exist on disk and that are newer than the disk copies |
-u |
Update existing files and create new ones if needed |
-n |
Never overwrite existing files. By default, if a file already exists, the user is prompted |
-o |
Always overwrite existing files |
-q |
Quiet mode (no listing of files being extracted). |
