When a configuration is used as a Network Client server, it must have access to third party installs (such as the compiler and .NET) so that Network Clients can be automatically upgraded. Due to the size of these third party installs, they will only be copied to a directory under the configuration's root directory if "Yes" is selected on this dialog.
This dialog will only be displayed for an Upgrade or a Repair/Modify.
