Google Material Design Style

The new screen styles are biased towards using Google Material Design (GMD) style - https://material.io/guidelines/

• Small and medium devices always use GMD style.

• Large devices may also use GMD by adding &Material=Y to their URL, but by default they will continue to use current Microsoft Desktop style.
