LANSA is supplied with a message file called DC@M01 which resides in the LANSA program library.
In most cases, but not all, the messages in DC@M01 are for application developers only.
The equivalent files in French (message file DC@M01FRA) and Japanese (message file DC@M01JPN) are also supplied.
The DC@01xxx message files may be replaced when Program Changes are applied or a new version of LANSA is installed. It is therefore recommended that you do not change the messages in these base files but you can use them as a basis for your own message files as described in 2.3.3 User Message Files.
