TipShowOfParent controls whether the parents TipShow property is used

Details

The TipShowOfParent property determines whether the menuitem should defer TipShow processing to the parent control.
 
If True, the value of the TipShow property is ignored.
 
This allows tip processing to be turned on or off at application level.
