Making the Database Configuration

In making the Database Configuration 'EDIHELPERDB' Composer will draw on information known to the system already to prefill information about your database configuration. On IBM i it will assume the user as the system name and on Windows it will assume PCXUSER. The password will have to be entered to establish a connection, and any other details can be changed to match your configuration.

Once you select next it will run the check test to make sure that a connection can be established and if this succeeds you will be moved to the next step Making the Maps.
