Run Git Extensions and open the git repository in the root of your Visual LANSA configuration. Now click on the Diff tab at the bottom of the window as shown here:
Check that the objects listed are what you expected to be deployed and that the local branch and the origin branch are on the last commit as shown highlighted at the top of the list of commits.
