The most common cause of this error code is that the Name specified in the System field during connect does not exist in the LANSA Routing table. Check that you have correctly entered the Name and check that the routing table entry exists. The host route is set up during the install. Refer to Connection Information to Master or Task: Define Data/Application Server Name in the Web Administration Guide.
Another common cause of this error code is that the LANSA Listener is not active. Check that the Listener is active as described in the Verify Listener is Active in the LANSA for i Administrator's Guide or Set Up Listener on the Data/Application Server in the Web Administration Guide.
