The TouchRotate property determines how a control will respond to touch rotation.
 
Touch rotation will directly affect the Rotation property of the control.

Allowed Values

Enum Value	Description
Parent	All touch rotation processing will be directed to the parent control
Yes	The control can be rotated using touch
