Left position of a scrolled child control relative to its parent control

Details

The ScrollLeft property returns the position of the item relative to its parent list's left boundary in pixels.
 
ScrollLeft is continually updated when a scroll bar is moved.
 
A negative value means that the item is to the left of the parent left boundary, while a positive value means it's to the right.
