Details

In conjunction with the PaddingTop, PaddingRight and PaddingBottom properties, PaddingLeft controls the position of the Caption and Checkbox icon relative to the control bounds.
 
Unlike margins, the padding properties will affect the size of a control when layout manager sizing is content based.
