Tile - HorizontalScrollTo Method
Set the horizontal scroll position using a child control

Details
The HorizontalScrollTo method scrolls the container so that the Control moves to the position specified within the viewport.
Allowed Values
| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Center | Move to the center |
| Left | Move to the left |
| Right | Move to the right |
| Visible | Ensure it is visible within the viewport |
