15.1 Multilingual Support

The LANG=LLL parameter can be added to the URL query string as shown below. If omitted, the default partition language will be used.

http://localhost/tip/dex/mypage.html?lang=eng

The Language code specified must equate to one of the languages defined for the partition. When the page and reusable parts are compiled, the specific language values defined for repository field descriptions, column headings and labels, and the values defined for multilingual variables are compiled in to the generated output. At execution time, the correct string will be used based on the nominated language.
