8 3 Get Started with the User Agent

To access User Agent, click on the User Agent program icon in the LANSA folder on your desktop.

User Agent Program Short Cut

During installation a program short cut is created to access jar files from the JRE and those that are shipped with Studio.

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_60\bin\javaw.exe"

-Djava.ext.dirs="C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_60\lib\ext; \lib\ext"

-Djava.endorsed.dirs=".\lib\endorsed" com.lansa.jsf.useragent.JSFUserAgent

The JRE lib\ext directory contains additional Java jar files.
