CreateInstance is signalled when an instance of a component is created

Details

The CreateInstance event is fired when an object instance is created.
 
Its primary purpose is to be a place to set default state for the object.
 
The CreateInstance event precedes the Initialize event which is only fired when a control is first visualized.
